When I decide to change my car, I will return to Lookers at Northallerton. I bought my present Volkswagen Tiguan from them and I have had a few problem with my VW but the service I have received and the extended warranty has been brilliant. Very pleased with all aspects of the service from buying to maintaining my car.

Alice was highly attentive and pointed out that the recommendations were not mandatory but knowing that I was unable to collect the car the same day due to the late appointment she offered to obtain the tyres and have them fitted before I was due to return. This insight into practicalities without pressure makes a difference when I have experienced different service from other garages prior to buying this car. I fully understand that the valeting and car wash service is not appropriate during times of restriction. However, I am hopeful that you are able to re-introduce this service when it is safe to do so. It provides a level of satisfaction outside its worth and is very appealing.
