Hi we had been wanting a new golf r we decided to call in we met mathew he showed what cars were available and when he talked us through all our questions he was extremely polite pleasant and we had explained we had a previous bad experience at middkesborough lookers and that's why we decided to go further afield and we are glad we did Mathew's knowledge and experience second to none couldnt fault him he is a assesst to lookers he needs to instill in the sales team at middlesborough what he has a natural flair of as he gas been the best person we have ever dealt with when purchasing cars were a older couple so have had plenty of cars over the yrs and we can't fault him helpful informative and not pushy at all 10/10 also the other staff member jack dealt with him once very polite its been a smooth hassle free purchase there's not one thing I can say to improve on and I would recommend ppl to visit your sales team thanks penny and keith x
