The vehicle was booked in for a service and MOT. Everything was explained by Amy. There was also an issue which I asked to be looked at, and this was patiently and accurately recorded by Amy on the service sheet. The vehicle was booked in with Debbie by a personal visit some time earlier and not by your online booking service which I am not a fan of. The quality of service delivered by the in house team was excellent. I did not use the waiting area but this appeared to be very good.

Jack Hutchinson dealt with purchase and sale, he was well informed about the car its specifications and performance. He was always available to answer queries, arrange things for us and to advise. His friendly and courteous manner contrasted positively with other VW dealerships that we visited and was an important factor in placing our order with Lookers. Both he and Simon are real assets to your business.

I booked in for 0800, but was informed that my time was 1300. I had to rearrange my working day to meet this time slot. Only Amy checking the day before ensured I did not arrive at the wrong timeAmy was excellent, polite, cheerful and helpful. Spotted my booking time was incorrect and informed me the day before
