The vehicle was booked in for a service and MOT. Everything was explained by Amy. There was also an issue which I asked to be looked at, and this was patiently and accurately recorded by Amy on the service sheet. The vehicle was booked in with Debbie by a personal visit some time earlier and not by your online booking service which I am not a fan of. The quality of service delivered by the in house team was excellent. I did not use the waiting area but this appeared to be very good.

Jack Hutchinson dealt with purchase and sale, he was well informed about the car its specifications and performance. He was always available to answer queries, arrange things for us and to advise. His friendly and courteous manner contrasted positively with other VW dealerships that we visited and was an important factor in placing our order with Lookers. Both he and Simon are real assets to your business.

It arrived on time and was well presented. Only one thing missing: the instruction handbook which is going to be sent on by post.

Solved problem quickly

It was easy to do.It was a straightforward appointment for an MOT. I was offered an appointment that was 4 days after my current MOT expired, once I explained this the diary was checked and I was given an earlier appointment due to a cancellation.
