I had to phone the branch with a query do I rang the local number. The person I spoke to was quite unhelpful, but it became apparent I wasn’t speaking to lookers Northallerton even though I had phoned the local number it was a call centre. Lookers Northallerton are always really helpful but the main call centre not! When I ring the local number please can I speak to the actual branch.

So easy to set things up you reminded me that service & MOTwere due and arranged pick up & return. Work appears to be ok onlysuggestion go back to cleaning car after service etc. I value that service - thank you.
