Predominately due to Matthew Singh. He was brilliant, listening to all our requirements. Making sure we understood all the options available to us using the interactive screen. Once we agreed on a car, he emailed a video showing all the functions. He also helped with all the form filling.After a few days he rang just to see if everything was ok. Overall he made us feel a valued customer and would certainly recommend him to family and friends.
