Couldn’t find my car initially System told me I had service plan (which I do) then after booking I got an email informing me I owe £480 when I didn’t. I queried this and no one got back to me. The dodgy system then must have identified the wrong car so lookers Northallerton told me that I had recalls on my car and it would be needed all day when it wasn’t the case Car service was quick to complete and good communication on the day. Slight mess up with the booking service who incorrectly informed that I had recalls on my car and it would be needed all day, so I had to arrange alternative travel plans, only for my car to not be needed all day. Would be excellent other than for that

We were super impressed with how quickly both Jack and Matt responded to emails. They were both always really helpful and professional. Had a bit of an issue with the steering ball as the two bolts fixing it on extended out too far causing them to catch on my hands. Matt quickly solved this though by swapping it over with my old one. The car has a couple of small intermittent faults which I have booked in to be checked over. These are that the seat belt warning goes off at times even though the seat belt is firmly in position. So we need to take it in and out a few times to get the alarm to clear. The other fault is that, often times, the boot does not open from the key fob. Other than those minor things, it's a fab car!

An excellent service from Deborah Brown and the whole service team at Lookers Northallerton. A special thanks to the valeting team who fixed a nasty paint scuff on two side doors without me even asking them to. Happy customer!

Like to know about service Plan and extend warranty

If mechanics de-activate hill hold assist to perform the service they should re-activate it when finished. Once you are used to it if it is unexpectedly not working it could result in an accident.
