I was "sold" a service package by your team when I had a fault earlier. Since then I have enjoyed great service. The ladies who work on your service desk are really pleasant and competent. Their communication has been great either by email or telephone. Nice people to deal with.

Your staff are knowledgable, charming and professional

The Lookers dealership was excellent but badly let down by the VW helpline. They said that they had arranged for the dealership to resolve a software connection problem and had sent them an email explaining the fir. However the dealership said that they had not got the email and that it would be sometime before they would be able to do the fix as they were awaiting advice. Thus I wasted 45 minute drive each way and collected the car without any solution. I now await a call for a new appointment when the car should have been sorted the first time. Lookers good, VW helpline abysmal.
