I have used Lookers VW now for 20 years and so that speaks for itself. I have always received excellent service and care and found the staff ever so friendly and helpful.

A first class service from start to finish. As the car was subject to a recall issue, unfortunately the first interim service took a lot longer to complete.This was not a problem as my wife had collected me from the dealership in her car.However moving forward it would be helpful to be given a definite time of when the car will be ready in order to plan the day ahead.
