I had an idea of the vehicle I wanted. Discussed the different sized engines and spec. There was a used vehicle on the forecourt that fit the bill. I had a test drive and that was it. I was having it 😊 I wasn’t put under pressure to purchase the vehicle or any extra packages. I will be back in a few years when I an ready to trade in.

Lee at the Northallerton branch was super helpful yet didn’t pressure us at all. Unfortunately the two vehicles we were looking at became unavailable or were unsuitable which was something out of Lee’s control. Would definitely recommend Lookers at Northallerton and certainly Lee.

Ellie Ward in servicing had everything to hand and explained the timeline for the work. She was very helpful and efficient.

Work done efficiently. Good communication. Understand dealers are very busy, but an earlier appointment would have been better.

It would be helpful if the the person doing the checking in had done some background research. I have a service plan and the service was carried out only the month before this visit. It was recommended at check in that additional work was required( I think it was a change of brake fluid?), however this had already been done the previous month so was not required this time. l felt that if I hadn’t challenged this at check in I would have been charged for something I didn’t need.
