Returning for a new control panel to be fitted next Tuesday. I think the problem you had communicating a code to VW is linked to the problem I had today at about 10:50 when I received a communication that my ‘We Connect’ app had been deactivated? This is the third time it has happened to me in the 5 months I have had the vehicle. I don’t know how previous occasions have been resolved - it could be an intermittent fault?

I’ve been having a trying time with a new car with an intermittent fault, plus the problem of no courtesy cars meaning lots of lost work time. However, the staff are trying their hardest to get things sorted and it’s not their fault cars are in short supply. I also appreciated the flowers, chocolates and wine sent as an apology.
