It would be helpful if the the person doing the checking in had done some background research. I have a service plan and the service was carried out only the month before this visit. It was recommended at check in that additional work was required( I think it was a change of brake fluid?), however this had already been done the previous month so was not required this time. l felt that if I hadn’t challenged this at check in I would have been charged for something I didn’t need.

Returning for a new control panel to be fitted next Tuesday. I think the problem you had communicating a code to VW is linked to the problem I had today at about 10:50 when I received a communication that my ‘We Connect’ app had been deactivated? This is the third time it has happened to me in the 5 months I have had the vehicle. I don’t know how previous occasions have been resolved - it could be an intermittent fault?
