We went to Lookers Northallerton for a second opinion of an approved Lookers vehicle which we purchased from Lookers in Teeside. The vehicle should not have been sold in the condition it was and Lookers Northallerton contacted Teeside with a list of things that required doing. If it was up to ourselves we would have had Northallerton carry out the work instead of Teeside who have only completed half. Northallerton service department couldn't have been more helpful.

I need to return to check the electronic brake is functioning correctly. No complaints about service, always excellent. Please can you be sure there is a note on my record that I have an extended warranty so that this is checked automatically when anything needs attention.. Thanks KC
