The chap I spoke with at Northallerton was very helpful and I would of bought a car from him but after viewing a used car at the Darlington branch of Lookers but deciding on a new car they offered a better price for a new car than Northallerton !

Great service direct from the dealer when my car broke down and the AA took my car in. Telephone contact initially indicated the first available appointment would be over half a week later with no option for recovery even though my car is still under guarantee.

Had issues with battery on my Tiguan. Even though it was between Christmas and New Year had excellent service especially Deborah on service desk.
