The service and MOT were carried out efficiently and Amy Freeman kept me informed of what was happening. All staff at Lookers Northallerton are very helpful and friendly.

I can honestly say that although the initial deal took a long time to come to fruition (understandably) I have always been made aware by Jack (Hutchinson) of the current state of proceedings. Indeed I would like to thank Jack for his professionalism throughout, particularly as he picked up the issues half way through!
