Great service direct from the dealer when my car broke down and the AA took my car in. Telephone contact initially indicated the first available appointment would be over half a week later with no option for recovery even though my car is still under guarantee.

Had issues with battery on my Tiguan. Even though it was between Christmas and New Year had excellent service especially Deborah on service desk.

Lee was the gentleman I saw he was fantastic from the get go. He took the time to go through all the processes and even to get the vehicle transported up here. Very professional service given through out could thank him enough and love the GTI I have bought from him. Couldn’t recommend the place more to anyone I know. Thanks again guys

Matthew was fantastic from start to finish. Including giving us the heads up that when we was collecting the car they had work men in so it would be abit loud. The reason for this is due to my daughter having autism.

Would have like a better price for my trade in as I was offered more at three other main dealers can you tell me why?
