Lookers Northallerton were great with our enquiry. Even though they didn’t have the car we wanted to see they found a similar one at another group garage for us to view and make our decision

My only question was over the vehicle having a timing belt change at 60k. This is partly my fault as I've mislaid the service booklet. Your service desk checked and assured me Lookers had done the work prior to me taking the vehicle. Maybe it's time VW went to online service records then it'll help folk like me who lose things! Overall I'm very happy with the VW experience, I'm on my fourth or fifth car from Lookers either in Northallerton or Boro.
