Quality of the phone lines from Lookers is terrible.Had to cancel my original telephone booking half way through because I could not hear the operative.Then went onto the internet to book it. Again when I phoned to confirm my booking I could hardly hear anything. My landline has no trouble ringing other people. Apart from that service is excellent

I think my overall gradings says it all.

This is my fourth car, all excellent service and Jack the sales person, very helpful, this wont be my last VW. The purchase includes 2 years servicing, very helpful in this market Strongly recommend Lookers.

Felt comfortable dealing with staff,friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff.

We initially met Alice and she couldn't have been more helpful. We identified a 2018 blue VW Golf with a mileage of 35,933 miles, as being a suitable option, which was due to come in and we could have taken it for a test drive. Alice even produced her own Audi A1, for us to inspect, for comparison, as we were replacing our Audi A3, which had been an excellent car. Later, Lee gave us an indication of possible financing options. in the end, we decided to purchase our daughter's Skoda Karoq, which, was the same age as the Looker's Golf, and had also done 35,000miles. The Karoq was bigger than we really required, but it seemed to make economic sense for us to go for the Skoda purchase within the Family. However if we hear of anyone wanting a V.W. Vehicle, we will certainly recommend they talk to Alice, who was very helpful and considerate to our requirements
