Due to material shortages, it took a while, between ordering, and delivery. But the initial ordering was easy, and we were kept informed of progress by Lee Larkin. Overall, it was well worth the wait. This is the third Polo, we have bought, from the Northallerton dearlership, and it's because of their excellent customer service, we have returned.
