I have been a customer of Lookers since you took over the VW Dealership in Northallerton and have always been very satisfied with the professional service provided during my many purchases.

I have marked down the communication as there were numerous e mails some of which duplicated discussions we had already had with the sales person. DSome of these needed an electronic signature . Fortunately I had a smart phone but the process is cumberson. I understand the need to reduce paper but surely for those who have a preference for paper this should be an option. Apart from that an excellent experience.

Each time my car is in for service the interior lights are left on and I would prefer they were switched off after testing. It happened last service too.
