Absolutely love my new polo. Outstanding customer service from Simon Lea, Chris and Matthew. Kept informed of the progress of the delivery of my polo regularly and its just what I had hoped for. Thankyou once again Lookers Northallerton, my fourth car from you and I'll never go anywhere else

Pleasurable experience from start to driving my new car away. Communication with all members of Staff were very good telephones answered, messages passed on ,results phoned back to me. No problems at all. WELL DONE LOOKERS!

Only thing was the warning triangle was removed.I think it should have been left in place in the boot lid ?
