Quality of the phone lines from Lookers is terrible.Had to cancel my original telephone booking half way through because I could not hear the operative.Then went onto the internet to book it.Again when I phoned to confirm my booking I could hardly hear anything.My landline has no trouble ringing other people.Apart from that service is excellent

This is my fourth car, all excellent service and Jack the sales person, very helpful, this wont be my last VW. The purchase includes 2 years servicing, very helpful in this marketStrongly recommend Lookers.
