The gentlemen on the phone who I booked my car in for the service told me you no longer get a valet with a service. However when I got to the garage to drop my car off the lady on the desk I dropped my key off with informed me that they are doing valets again. I was told this was a wash on the outside and hoovered out inside. I said I’d already washed the outside the day before going to the garage because I was told you no longer get a valet. However I said I would get the inside hoovered out before returning to pick the car up. When I went to get the car it hadn't been hoovered out. I just drove off as it was 5pm and I had stuff to do, I also clean my own car regularly so it wasn't a drama. I just feel like there’s a bit of Mis-communication here, it didn’t really bother me but I could imagine some other people might not take it the same way. All in all tho the service was great as always. Thanks Dan
