Experience overall was excellent reception staff very helpful & kept me well informed of progress throughout. though I was asked if I would like my car washed following service & MOT it was complimentary. I said I would but when I went to it I was disappointed to find that it hadn’t been washed.

There should be more marketing gifts given when buying a car. eg Key rings or even a free 10ltrs of fuel.

This is the 5th VW Golf I have purchased from Lookers. They have always looked after me very well and made buying a car as painless as possible.
