Chris Howarth was very helpful throughout, nothing was too much hassle for him and he didn’t pressure me into buying anything more than I wanted. He answered all my questions there and then, his knowledge of cars was genuinely impressive. Very happy over all, car is absolutely lovely

Everybody that I had to deal with was most pleasant. The video that was emailed to me detailed the additional work that needed doing. Regarding the service plan, this was offered to me and I gladly accepted - it seemed like good value for money and the fact I can spread the cost over the next 24 months is highly desirable.
