Travelled a good distance for a used car, Lee Larkin wanted to make sure we would be happy with the older vehicles condition and went over and above to ensure we were fully aware of any minor issues before we set off. On arrival the car was in even better condition than I had expected so he was clearly very honest from the outset. A minor mistake had been advised over the phone regarding the cost of an extended warranty for an older vehicle but he managed to source an alternative product which met our needs but at a higher price. Both Lee and his manager ensured that after travelling for the car that I went away with a warranty I was happy with at no extra cost. All in all a very positive buying experience, far superior to my experience at VW Derby last year.
