I booked in for 0800, but was informed that my time was 1300. I had to rearrange my working day to meet this time slot. Only Amy checking the day before ensured I did not arrive at the wrong time Amy was excellent, polite, cheerful and helpful. Spotted my booking time was incorrect and informed me the day before

It was easy to do. It was a straightforward appointment for an MOT. I was offered an appointment that was 4 days after my current MOT expired, once I explained this the diary was checked and I was given an earlier appointment due to a cancellation.
