I had a 5 star experience from start to finish. My initial online inquiry was responded to within the hour. The sales representative was able to accommodate me in extending the holding period after I paid a deposit on the vehicle I was interested in because I couldn't get to the dealership until 5 days later. Meanwhile I was sent a personalized video of the car. Chris Howarth was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and explained all my options with the use of the iPad demonstration, all without being too hard sell.
