Easy to understand and complete Prompt service efficiently carried out, and it was washed!

Staff extremely friendly and efficient. I'd had a bit of a set back that morning and they were completely understanding and I feel they went above and beyond with the customer service they provided.

1) Service and MOT - The work was done promptly and efficiently, explained clearly and all necessary information provided. It was also good to have the car washed for us. 2) Sales - Salesman was professional, listened to us, assessed our needs and made good proposals to us. Following our meeting we ordered a new car from Lookers Northallerton.

Just a first class experience from start to finish Very well greeted at reception. Lookers said the car would be ready by 11.30 and it was actually ready at 11.00 which was even better as I come up from Leeds. Car very clean on return and again receptionist most efficient. If only all garages were as good!

I'd like to give 5 but the service video kept stopping and needed reinstating. Admittedly it could have been the fault of my phone but I didn't complete the exercise. I did ask for details of the two year service plan. Amy was I think at lunch and my request couldn't be dealt with at the time. I was told that Lookers would get in touch and I'm still waiting to hear from you. I'm certainly interested in continuing with the product for the next two years.

Jack did everything and made the handover very easy.
