Service was as expected, car was cleaned. Staff were absolutely lovely, especially Sophie who really looked after me but it all too too long, I was waiting around nearly all day.

Easy service to complete Good diagnosis of the issue but after a week, no update on when the replacement will be fitted. To be fair the service rep did say it could take up to 2-wks but would have a liked an update as my car can only drive for a max of 30-mins before the issue arises.

Rob Chorley, the Service Advisor who dealt with my issue was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Also, the Invoice described fully the nature of the problem and the remedial work undertaken.

Popped through just to have a look at what is now my new car and Simon dealt with the part exchange of my other car and talked through all of my options on buying my new car went through everything thoroughly so I could choose which way I wanted to pay was a pleasure to deal with and then Jack took me through all the digital dash board on my new car and talked me through everything and asked was everything ok they also both got in touch through video and a phone call to see if everything was ok great to deal with has I'm not tech wizard and put me at ease .
