The people who called me were very helpful. I put a deposit down on one car but then decided not to go ahead only because I live so far away and the deposit was returned without requesting it which was great.

Would have given 5 stars but vehicle not ready when I arrived so quite a bit of hanging around. The staff member who showed me to the vehicle seemed to be doing everything and appeared run off his feet. My wife would like to make the purchase via salary sacrifice but there didn’t seem to be any information available.Dynamically, the car was amazing. However, I could not purchase a VW ID.3 with such poor interior trim. It reminded me of a 1980s Renault. I don’t understand this when VW have had some of the best trims and fabrics in their 1990s Golf’s and Passats.

The whole experience and test drive was how test drive’s should be , welcome from the staff was spot on , treatment of me and help from the staff was stress and hassle free , And more importantly the test drive had no time or sale pressures added to it.
