Although I did not purchase the car I did appreciate the help and the out of way effort by the worker - Matthew Griffiths who was great help

The whole experience and test drive was how test drive’s should be , welcome from the staff was spot on , treatment of me and help from the staff was stress and hassle free , And more importantly the test drive had no time or sale pressures added to it.

Very prompt and adequate response to my request.

4 stars overall. My family have already purchased 2 vehicles from VW Lookers Preston. Was very pleased to hear back from Jayne in the Sales Team who delat with our enquiry efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately, it did take some time to receive a response which was apologised for and did need to chase. However, Jayne is an asset to the dealership and when we are in a clearer position to return back to the VW brand then VW Preston would always be our first choice.

Ella was incredibly helpful and efficient.I was advised on the day of delivery that there were some scratches that needed to be fixed, but as the car was a birthday present for my daughter on sunday 13th, the car was delivered in time for her birthday and VW is arranging to collect the car, fix the scratches and then deliver back. This is truly excellent service, above and beyond.
