Friendly staff, easy to book and despite having to wait an hour longer than expected they dealt with the situation well and I left without a bad feeling. I find all the staff at Lookers very helpful when I have visited, their customer service skills are very good.

There was a few teething issues but it was all resolved in time. Dan was really good in getting things sorted and keep me up to date. Things that happened was beyond your control.
