Have used VW for years now. Always good service with my favourite person to deal with ! Even though there was a bit of a problem with the internet on the day, and I had to go back again later in the day to collect the car, the problem was more than made up for with a full tank of petrol and some car mats

A pleasant, unburdened completion to my transaction. From the outset of my meeting with Lincoln, I had deduced I was in safe, knowledgable hands. Mr Allreds, general disposition relaxed manner and courteous approach hinted at a highly developed and skilled professional sales-person. I was not to be disappointed. Common niceties such as a warming beverage were duly proffered and accepted. A brief visual overview of the showroom including a almost invisible direction to the washroom was I believe critical to my feeling fully at ease and confident within my environment. The transaction was everything I expected it to be.
