Good buying process. Had a couple of issues with the car which were handled quickly and easily.

Everything is straight forward, good communication but still waiting for confirmation email from dealership about the mileage hope to receive it soon

Daniel moore was fantastic.I phoned earlier on in the morning about a problem i had with spare key i had that was not working as i had just brought the car from the Darlington Branch 2 weeks earlier. He said the workshop was quite that day and to bring it down and they would have a look as it more than likley needed re-coding.I drove the car from southport to Preston and Daniel managed to sort it out within a couple of hours. The staff even gave it a quick clean inside and out.Fatastic service and totally unexpected to have the small problem be done on the same day as a quick telephone enquirey.I could NOT expect anything better than what i got. I wish i had the same experiance with the Darlington Branch when i brought the car just over 2 weeks ago.

I could not think anything up setting. When I explained what I thought might be the problem with my car, it seemed to me they were interested and listening. The car was booked on Friday and available for my collection by last thing Monday. It had been road tested, some major work done as well as some minor faults, the car was spotless and felt grand. Nevertheless, I took it on to the motor way and felt it was as good as new.
