Booking on line gave me many appointment options where I was able to choose one that suited me. I could also check the car in on-line which made it quicker when I dropped the car offI was able to book an appointment and check my car in easily on-line. After dropping my car off I was kept informed of the progress of my car whilst it was there.

Put in the notes about not washing the car and it still got washedAsked for my car not to be washed as I spent £400 on paintwork correction to get the swirl marks out and it came back washed 💔
