The main gentleman on the service desk is brilliant. Completely transparent and clear throughout. Unfortunately on inspection of our vehicle there are swirl marks from where it has been washed. We have never, ever out this through a machine or used any machines to wash it so I am not sure where these have come from. Never seen them before.
