see comments aboveI was able to book everything online quickly and efficiently. I was seen promptly by enthusiastic and pleasant assistants, who seemed to enjoy their role. There was a great deal of honesty that increased my trust. I was told all cost for service would be covered the care hire company, and that an appropriate time for the correct full next service would be arranged. Finally a complementary car clean was included at not cost. There was also a free drink available while I was waiting. A very pleasant experience. Well done to the team!

I prefer to speak to someone as in the past on line communication has been very misleading.On this occasion everything was carried out as planned.

I checked in online - I still got a call confirming my booking. It wasn’t a problem, just not sure why both are needed? Didn’t undermine the excellent customer service overall.Service completed quickly. Customer service was excellent.
