Lookers sent me an email the day before my car was being serviced. They said book in on line to save time on arrival and to confirm service booking. My I also say your team , ie Daniel the service manager and Ashley Derbyshire the technician both of them was absolutely brilliant and kept me informed all the way through, they both need a pat on the backI give this score because I was looked after very well and I was kept informed all the way through the time I was there
