Excellent service as always

I checked in online - I still got a call confirming my booking. It wasn’t a problem, just not sure why both are needed? Didn’t undermine the excellent customer service overall.Service completed quickly. Customer service was excellent.

the format was clear and you could easily navigate aroundDwayne and Chantel have been brilliant from the start. The entire process of servicing my car to changing tyres have been concise and clear, leaving no scope for confusion. Their friendly approached reassured me that I am in safe hands. Lookers sent me an email the day before my car was being serviced. They said book in on line to save time on arrival and to confirm service booking. My I also say your team , ie Daniel the service manager and Ashley Derbyshire the technician both of them was absolutely brilliant and kept me informed all the way through, they both need a pat on the backI give this score because I was looked after very well and I was kept informed all the way through the time I was there
