Would have welcomed the option (to be paid for) of a full valet. Complimentary cleaning was rather superficial.

Central booking did not appear to have all my details.1. Did not know that I had a service plan in place.2. Did not know that this entitled me to a 1/2 price MOT3. Could not confirm a waiting appointment4. Did not know which service was applicable to my vehicle.Lookers Preston service dept, outstanding.

I enjoyed a good old fashioned high quality and well informed meeting in a very clean and well presented showroom.All my questions were answered clearly with good product knowledge. The car was bang on.Super clean and ready to go.The personal video sent to me initially, had already made me keen to see the vehicle.I was not disappointed.A great car, and a great experience all round.I will come back here for my next vehicle....And that is how important good service is!
