Everything was excellent until pick up. The V 5 had been locked in a filing cabinet and the person with the keys had gone home and could not be contacted. This was disappointing as we had travelled for an hour to pick up the car and could not complete the deal. Process needs to be changed to ensure one person cant have such an impact.The issue was dealt with quite well with subsequent hand over of the car two days later after a further round trip of 2 hours but the promised hamper to assuage the aggravation has not been received and wonder whether with the deal done it will ever appear. This would be a definite black mark on the otherwise excellent process.I await feedback after being assured it would be looked into by Lookers!

From first entering the dealership and meeting the reception staff, to dealing with the sales team, the whole experience was friendly, professional and not at all pushy.Scott was extremely knowledgeable on the three cars in stock we were considering and the whole ‘sales’ experience was very different to another Volkswagen dealership we visited earlier!

I would just like to say thank you, especially Sam the sales executive who helped through out. He was happy to help, and always quick to respond to any queries whether that be through phone call or email. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, service plan and finance options.
