Very good customer service communications. Rang the day before to confirm the meeting. Rang during the day of the service to explain what was found and what was being done, Rang again once the vehicle was ready to collect.Rang the following day to check if I felt everything was done to my satisfaction.Could not ask for anymore.

The process was good, however, there was no water or mix in the windscreen washer bottle & the drivers seat belt clip was broken. I replaced the part myself & filled up the washer bottle, but I think these things should have been spotted on the pre sales checks.
