Over a number of years of dealing with Volkswagen Preston I have felt that that I wasn't getting the respect I, as a customer, deserved, especially the after sales care however, my latest dealings with both the sales people and servicing people has shown a definite change in the right direction. The after sales team is outstanding and has gone a long way to renewing my confidence in this dealership. I hope the new direction the dealership is taking continues to progress positivelly.
