For the second year running my car has required a system update when I've brought it in for it's service. This in itself is not a problem but the update can take up to 5 hours so it has meant that I have had to make an additional appointment for it to have the system update done. It would be really helpful if this could be checked when the service booking is being made so customers could make the decision as to whether they wish to have both done together or have two separate appointments.

Lovely, pleasant representative from the garage who collected and delivered our car, kept us informed throughout. One gripe- he was tall and had to adjust the side mirrors, I have no idea how to get them back to the way I like them as I found the instructions confusing!
