Scott Pudney was efficient and friendly, and even though we would keep missing one anothers phone calls i never felt at fault for missing his calls and he was a pleasure to have to finalize things with.

The only negative is the price for replacing break pads. You quoted for £230,but my local and trusted garage charged me £70.

Very quick at sorting everything out

The 140 point check wasn’t completed on the car. 2 front tyres were over inflated and 2 rear tyres were under inflated. As soon as we got on the motorway we had to come off as Tyre Pressure Warning was on! There was no water in the water bottle either. Our first sales woman left without notice and we were left to chase up what was happening with the sale. Danny picked it up and 3 weeks later we got our new car, finally!

Great service all around

Superb service both from the actual service personnel who service the vehicle and the back office personnel who kept me up to date, organized my service plan and took payment. A very well run department that does an excellent job.

None, booking was okay, last service of the plan I had with VW. Turned down extra work on the vehicle as the prices are too expensive for what the jobs are.Not interested in a service plan as looking to sell the vehicle in 6 months.Service light was not reset, called and they said to drop it back into reset. Pity it got missed.

From booking in to showroom visit all staff very helpful and friendly and gave good customer service kept updated on which stage it was at .Very knowledgeable and reassuring
