I had to return to the dealership within an hour of leaving because the mechanic forgot to reset the inspection service alert. The dealership offered their apologies and said they would send a mechanic out but that could be 2/4 days. As I was going on holiday I chose to return on the day. The dealership said they would wait for me to arrive and get it done promptly which they did. It was an unfortunate mistake which caused me a bit of inconvenience. Mistakes will happen. It’s how you deal with those mistakes which determines the quality of customer service. In this case the response of the dealership was good so I am happy to give them a 5 star rating
