As is usual at Lookers the approach of the staff towards customers was excellent.The servicing of the vehicle was also very good.First Class all round.

The progress website was hot and miss if it worked, when it worked I could see the progress then it returned to the first step. No explanation was given for this it would have been nice for someone to call and say why it took over 24 hours to complete the upgrade

Excellent video and comms. Fantastic value. All done remotely and never visited.Post sales a bit slow - no V5c green slip to tax so had to call to get it. No proof or evidence of the service they did.
