I ordered my new car in February 2022. I initially dealt with a salesperson called David Weir, I was disappointed with David's communication skills. I ultimately spoke to his manager, Andreas, who passed me onto Jayne Allred who was much better and she dealt with the paperwork and the handover of the vehicle in July 2022.

The team were extremly helpful and accommodating. My time slot worked perfectly for me and the car was return within the alloted time. It was lovely to receive back valeted and cleaned. I was very happy.,thanks to all.

Having spoken to Daniel we appreciated his help in making a decision to come to view the vehicle (Oxford to Preston). We made an appointment to view but, unfortunately Daniel was off. On arrival we were kept waiting for some time in order to speak with someone and view the vehicle. Unfortunately your trainee salesman new little about the vehicle and had to keep seeking advice. We asked for a test drive and then had to wait a further 20 minutes whilst someone put some fuel in the car! Having decided to buy it the paperwork and handing over of the vehicle went extremely smoothly and have had a follow up call from Daniel to make sure all was OK. I hope this criticism can be useful to you in improving your service.
