Not sure if the price is the most competitive but I couldn’t be treated any better than the staff that assisted me.

Better communication/updates - car was dropped off at 10am and had to ring at 4pm for an update, as hadn’t heard anything.Service tracker is a waste of time.Car was in from 10am until it was ready after 4:30pm delayed due to software updates. Drove home from the garage and it came up on the infotainment screen that it needs another update!

You have a great, proactive and professional team at the Preston Branch. The customer service agent arranged for my car to be picked up from my home and returned again once the rapair was completed. This helped me out enormously by saving me a lot of time and allowing me to keep working.

VW automatic emails do not match customer experience and cause confusion. Resources need to be spent reviewing the customer walk through experience against actual local dealership arrangements as centrally produced emails bear no relationship to actual service plans.

In the past, I didn’t have my car washed and cleaned from the inside when I got my car serviced and this time it was all washed and valeted and also got an air freshener which I was happy about. Daniel was amazing explained everything and felt happy overall.
