After a glitch last year, customer service was back to its usual high levels.

I was very happy with the way I was dealt with on the day and the communication regarding my vehicle’s progress.I am disappointed though that on the last two visits for a service my vehicle has not been washed, I did ask if this could be done this time but it was forgotten.Can I suggest that as part of a service that vehicles are routinely washed as a good will gesture to the customer. I know of a local Ford dealership that always does this without fail as part of a service.
