We are still awaiting a follow up call to tell us when the required part is/will be in and to rebook to get the job finished. We were told we would get a call back the same day which is now 3 working days ago.

We were very impressed by all aspects of the service from Lookers Preston. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and he kept us informed regularly. They are a great team and always provide a great service.
