I requested that my car was given a valet. He said it would be hoovered inside and washed outside. The outside was clean but the hoovering seem to have been just completed.in the front door wells. There is sand and dog hairs on the back seats and the same in the boot. I'm single, and struggle to valet my own vehicle so would have really appreciated a proper hoovering of my car. Disappointing.

There is a lot of upheaval with major refurbishment going on at Lookers Preston. However, staff were coping well. We were very happy with our experience, we were made very welcome. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Always have the best service given in preston. We have always felt valued as customers and any query or worry gets dealt with as high priority.
